계정 삭제 방법
- 인타 앱을 열고 로그인합니다.
- 「설정」으로 들어갑니다.
- 화면 맨 아래 「회원탈퇴」를 누릅니다.
- 안내를 확인하고 탈퇴를 완료합니다.
앱을 쓸 수 없으면 가입한 이메일로 [email protected]에 「계정 삭제 요청」을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 뒤 지체 없이 처리합니다.
삭제되는 데이터
탈퇴하면 계정 정보(이메일·소셜 로그인 정보·닉네임), 생년월일시 등 사주 정보, 대화 기록, 할 일·기록, 건강·생리주기 정보, 업로드한 사진과 놀이터 결과, 친구·궁합 정보가 삭제됩니다. 장애 복구용 백업에 남은 사본은 원본 삭제 뒤 최대 30일 안에 자동으로 삭제됩니다.

How to delete your account
- Open the INTA app and sign in.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Tap “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen.
- Review the notice and complete the deletion.
If you cannot use the app, send a “Delete my account” request to [email protected] from the email you signed up with. We will process it without delay after verifying your identity.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, we delete your account information (email, social login information, nickname), your saju information such as date and time of birth, conversation history, to-dos and records, health and menstrual cycle information, uploaded photos and playground results, and friend and compatibility information. Copies remaining in backups kept for disaster recovery are automatically deleted within 30 days after the original is deleted.
