Creator Operating Policy
Effective Date: November 30, 2026 | Published: October 31, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
This Policy sets out the eligibility of Creators who make menus in the INTA Playground and offer them to other Members, the registration and management of menus, and how a Creator's share is calculated and settled. Matters not covered here follow the INTA Terms of Service.
Article 2 (Eligibility and Consent)
- A Creator is an INTA Member approved by the Company.
- When applying, a Creator must agree to this Policy and the Terms of Service. Without agreement, a Creator cannot publish menus.
- Creator Menus are published after review and approval by the Company, which approves each menu's price and publication.
Article 3 (Sales Structure)
Creator Menus are sold by Float Co., Ltd. (the operator of INTA), which provides them to Members as the seller. The Company handles payment, generation, refunds, and customer support. A Creator supplies content (such as prompts and templates) to the Company and does not transact with Members directly.
Article 4 (Calculation of the Creator's Share)
- Each time a Creator Menu is generated, the Creator's share is calculated with the formula below and recorded as a "Pending Settlement Amount", in Points (P).
- Recognized payment = paid Crystals actually charged for that generation + (if paid with subscription tokens, tokens ÷ the token conversion rate)
- Store and payment fee = recognized payment × 30%
- Net profit = recognized payment − store and payment fee − cost deduction
- Creator's share = net profit × 50% when net profit is above 0 (otherwise 0)
- Each step is rounded.
- The "store and payment fee" is not the Company's share. It reflects the fees paid to the Apple and Google app stores and payment processors. The Company's share is what remains of the recognized payment after the store and payment fee and the Creator's share, and the Company bears the actual generation cost from it.
- Free Points: Amounts paid with Points received for free (check-ins, ads, quests, etc.) are not included in the recognized payment (counted as 0).
- Subscription tokens: Payments made with premium subscription tokens are converted at the token-pack sales rate (currently 500 tokens = 1P) and included in the recognized payment.
- Self-purchases excluded: No Creator's share is recorded when the Creator's own account (or an account confirmed to belong to the same person) buys the Creator's own menu.
- Refunds: The Creator's share for a generation that is refunded or cancelled is removed (voided). If only part is refunded, the share is recalculated on the remaining amount.
Article 5 (Cost Deduction)
- The cost deduction is set by the Company based on the actual AI model cost of generating a menu plus an allowance for retries and price changes. Current values (as of 2026-10-30):
- Examples (paid entirely with paid Crystals, Creator 50%):
If the same menu was paid only with free Points, the Creator's share is 0.
- Regular review: The Company re-measures the cost deduction and the token conversion rate against actual costs every quarter (January, April, July, October), and also whenever AI model prices change by more than 20%.
Article 6 (Changes; No Retroactive Application)
- If the formula, cost deduction, token conversion rate, or Creator percentage changes, the Company notifies Creators through the Creator console and by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect for changes unfavorable to Creators, and at least 7 days before for other changes.
- Changes apply to generations from the effective date onward and do not apply retroactively to Pending Settlement Amounts already recorded.
Article 7 (Settlement)
- A Pending Settlement Amount does not mean a cash payment or withdrawal and does not create a confirmed payment obligation of the Company.
- The Company will announce the Creator settlement method (payout timing, minimum payout, identity verification, tax procedures) no later than June 30, 2027, and will announce it sooner if it is ready earlier. The settlement program will be announced at least 30 days before it takes effect, and Creators' consent will be obtained.
- Pending Settlement Amounts recorded before the settlement program begins will be included when it begins.
- Information needed for identity verification (including for tax purposes) will be collected only at the time of settlement and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Article 8 (Hold and Deduction for Violations)
This follows Article 8-3(6)–(8) of the Terms of Service. In summary: if there is a report of rights infringement, a Temporary Measure, a violation of law, false representation, or fraudulent payment, only the Pending Settlement Amount of that menu is held for up to 30 days (extendable once by 30 days); the Creator is notified within 3 business days and may object within 14 days. If the violation is confirmed, up to 90 days' worth from the date the violation began is deducted within the actual loss.
Article 9 (Prohibited Content and Measures)
This follows Articles 8 and 8-2 of the Terms of Service. Depending on severity, the Company may issue a warning, hide or suspend sales of the menu, restrict registration of new menus, suspend Creator status, or restrict use of the account.
Supplementary Provision
This Policy takes effect on November 30, 2026 (the same date as the amended Terms of Service).
